J. Brian Searles
Brian has been President of Trinity Management Consulting since
2006. Prior to Trinity, Brian was with Paradigm Technologies, a
software, consulting and outsourcing services company to oil and gas
exploration and production clients. He started at Paradigm in 1984 as
the head of customer service and support operations. Then, after
positions as head of R&D and Finance, Brian became President in
1988. By consistently buying shares from departing shareholders he
also became majority owner. In 2000, Petroleum Place purchased
Paradigm, and Brian continued to head up their software subsidiary, P2
Energy Solutions until 2003.
Brian started his career as a CPA with the "Big 4" accounting firm of
KPMG Peat Marwick and spent time both as an internal auditor with
Samsonite Corporation and as the CFO of an oil and gas exploration
company with international investors. Brian holds a B.B.A. degree from
the University of Notre Dame.
